Community One Associates Inc. was founded and is operated by Steve Weibel, CEO and President. We have been in the community association management business for twenty five years, having vast experience in all aspects of real estate management.

Located just north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, Georgia, Community One is one of Atlanta’s premier property management groups, offering management of Homeowners Associations for single family homes and townhomes; Condominiums, both low, mid and high rise; Commercial Property Management, including business office parks and commercial condominiums. We offer a range of consulting and management services to Developers as well as Landscape Services exclusively to our clients.

We specialize in evaluating community management structures, financial planning and long term deferred maintenance issues.
